At LunaVelle, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, please contact us at contactlunavelle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return instructions.

Non-returnable items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactlunavelle@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly.
