Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

We ship to most European countries. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

France, Germany, Italy, Spain: 5–10 business days
Other European countries: 7–14 business days

These are estimates only. LunaVelle is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs and duties

For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. International orders outside the EU may be subject to import taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed packages
